Tim Mead is the all time winningest coach in Walsh history with 910 wins. Since joining the G-MAC in 2018, he has guided the Maroon and Gold to five consecutive postseason appearances, including a G-MAC Championship in 2022. For the past eight years, under Mead's direction, his program has received the ABCA Academic Excellence Award. In 2017 the NAIA Baseball Coaches Association honored Coach Mead with the 2017 Robert E. Smith Lifetime Achievement Award at the ABCA Convention. In 2011 Mead served as President of the ABCA and currently serves on the Board of Directors. He also served as the NAIA Baseball Coaches Association President.
