Originally from Cuba, Labrada has steadily worked his way up through the minor league system since being signed by the Mariners in 2019. Primarily playing centerfield, Labrada is recognized for his exceptional range, quickness on the basepaths, and ability to get on base consistently. After training with Driveline during the offseason, Labrada’s offensive numbers exploded earning him the call up to AA. Dim is currently a Hitting Instructor at Driveline Baseball where he works one-on-one with pro and college baseball prospects. In 2023, Brandon worked for the Boston Red Sox as a Minor League Video & Technology Associate. In this position, he was able to use HitTrax to create scouting profiles and summaries for players and staff. He played collegiate baseball at Baldwin Wallace University, where he earned multiple varsity letters and Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors.
