Rob Hahne was named the Langley High School (VA) head baseball coach in July 2024. Hahne did no plan to return to high school baseball after having retired in 2023 from Westfield High School, but when the opportunity to coach at his high school alma mater came up, he applied. Hahne is well involved in the baseball community serving as executive director of the Northern Virginia Travel Baseball League, the chair of the Fairfax County Baseball Council, and serving on various baseball boards including the American Baseball Coaches Association.
