Raiders baseball team, where he has amassed nearly 400 wins and guided over 90 student-athletes to play at the collegiate and professional levels. His coaching career includes more than 400 total victories, with former players competing at programs like Georgia Tech, Mercer, and South Alabama. He has been named Region Coach of the Year and County Coach of the Year three times. An active member of the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA), Cahill is on track to be the second high school coach to serve as President of the Association in 2027. Currently he serves on its Board of Directors and Lefty Gomez Award Committee. He has also contributed to various ABCA committees, including High School Divisional, High School All-American and Coach of the Year. Cahill is deeply involved in his community, leading his teams in volunteering with the Miracle League, local schools, and food banks.
