Plan Your Visit: ABCA Convention Hotel & Travel Information

The ABCA Convention is set to return to the nation's capital for the first time since 1975! All ABCA activities, including clinics, the ABCA Trade Show, Expo Theater, Youth Coaches Session, Hall of Fame Banquet, Hot Stoves, and Divisional Coaches Meetings, will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is located directly on the National Harbor. This highly walkable area boasts a vibrant atmosphere, offering a wide range of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and shops right along the waterfront of the Potomac River.

The discounted ABCA room block at the Gaylord National will fully open on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. All 2023-24 ABCA Members will have access to Priority Convention Registration beginning in August 2024. Priority Convention Registration gives ABCA Members exclusive access to signing up for the ABCA Convention and booking a hotel room in one of the ABCA discounted room blocks (while supply lasts), before it is open to everyone. Stay with Us: Official Convention Hotel Properties

The headquarter hotel for the 2025 ABCA Convention is the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. All ABCA events will be held at this venue.

In addition to the Gaylord National, the 2025 ABCA Convention will also have several other Official ABCA Convention Hotel properties serving as overflow in close proximity to the Gaylord National. Staying at one of these nearby hotels offers the benefit of discounted rates along with the convenience of easy access to the exciting dining, entertainment, and attractions of National Harbor and Alexandria.

Train Station

Union Station in Washington, D.C., a major hub that connects various national and regional rail services is in close proximity to the Gaylord National. This station provides convenient access to Amtrak, MARC, and VRE trains, making it easy for attendees wishing to travel by rail to attend the ABCA Convention from numerous locations across the country.
