Joseph Justice was a player, coach ,and administrator during more than five decades of association at Rollins College.
Justice returned to the Rollins as a coach in the 1940s and coached many sports over the next thirty years. He led the baseball team to the College World Series in 1954 and was the NCAA Div. II Coach of the Year in 1966.
Justice also was the NCAA golf Coach of the Year and led the golf team to the national title in 1970. In addition, he served tenures as soccer coach, basketball coach and football coach at the college. He also served as the Director of Athletics from 1957-1981.
During his 24 years as baseball coach, Justice compiled a record of 482-287-13.
Justice has been honored in multiple Halls of Fame, including the Rollins Sports, the Florida Sports, the Western North Carolina Sports, Central Florida Sports and Sunshine State Conference Halls of Fame.
