Marc Johnson has been the head baseball coach at Cherry Creek High School since 1972. In that time, he has amassed over 700 wins, 27 League titles and eight State championships.
Johnson has coached numerous USA Jr. Olympic teams, including the 1988 gold medal team.
After 40 years as high school head coach, Johnson has been the mentor to 15 first-round picks, 75 professional signees and more than 300 students who went on to play college baseball.
In 1996, Johnson was named the ABCA/Rawlings National Coach of the Year.
