Convention Attendees can download documentation verifying their participation in this year's clinics

Screenshot of Professional DevelopmentMembers that attended the 2021 ABCA Convention virtually can now download documentation verifying their participation in this year's clinics for Professional Development or Continuing Education purposes!

 To download your documentation:


  1. Log in to your ABCA account

  2. Once logged in, click the "My Profile" link at the top of the ABCA homepage 

  3. Go to the "My Participation" tab in your profile

  4. Click "Download" on the 2021 Convention Attendance Certificate

Documentation includes a letter verifying attendance & participation in the clinics as well as a certificate of completion. Coaches can request any additional necessary documentation by emailing [email protected]. 

Please Note: The acceptance of these documents as Professional Development is at the discretion of the school or school district.

The ABCA began offering Professional Development and Continuing Education Credit documentation as a part of attending the annual ABCA Convention beginning in 2015. The 2021 ABCA Convention was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic from January 6-10, 2021. The five-day event featured over 50 education clinics across the General Session, Youth Coaches Session, Expo Theater and Hot Stove. Attendees were able to connect with presenters live following their presentations for a post-clinic Question & Answer forum.

Planning for the 2022 ABCA Convention is already underway! The event is scheduled to be held in Chicago from January 6-9, 2022. The event will be the 78th annual ABCA Convention and close to 10,000 coaches are expected to join us for the event! Convention registration will open on September 1, 2021. The Convention will feature four days of coaching clinics across the General Session, Youth Coaches Session and Expo Theater, ABCA Trade Show, Hot Stove and Question & Answer Sessions, award celebrations, committee & league meetings, networking events and so much more!
