New York Empire Baseball is a unique & special place to coach, instruct, train and play. We’re a baseball organization that focuses on training, preparing, motivating and inspiring young ballplayers. We’ve got a culture all our own, and a reputation that we build and protect everyday. Our core values are what we live and operate by: Passion. Live it, genuinely. We’re passionate about what we do, what we teach and how we teach it. It’s why we’re here. We can’t help it. Inspiration. Share it, emotionally. Every moment, every interaction, can inspire us and those around us. Don’t waste those opportunities. Knowledge. Seek it, undyingly. We are proud of how far we’ve come given what we know. But we’re excited to prove ourselves wrong and improve, and even more excited by what we don’t know. Fun. Enjoy it, happily. Everything we do should be fun, or lead to fun. Otherwise, let’s not do it. Details. Care for them, meticulously. We leave no stone unturned in our efforts to make our environment and our experience the best that they can be. Mistakes. Correct them, gracefully and proudly. It’s not whether or not we make mistakes– and we will – instead let’s focus on how we can thrive through the process of correcting them. Process. Trust it, willfully. Great process will lead to great outcomes, over time. Let’s improve upon our process and trust that our efforts will bring us what others think is merely “good luck.” The Future. Work toward it, proudly. We prioritize long-term success over short-term satisfaction, and if these values are ones that you live by, we’d love to learn more about you. Baseball Coaches & Instructors New York Empire Baseball is looking to add to our highly regarded and nationally recognized coaching staff! The role of Coach and Instructor begins with thoroughly learning our methods and models - as they may differ from what has been taught traditionally. From there, our Coaches and Instructors have the most important responsibilities in our Organization - to inform, instruct, inspire, prepare and motivate our young ballplayers on-the-field and in The Arena. Like all of our team members, our Coaches and Instructors will share our extraordinary level of passion for what we do - providing young ballplayers with an incredible experience here. We seek to inspire each other and our players in every interaction, and in coaching and training our ballplayers, our Coaching and Instruction role is no exception. Positive energy, intellectual curiosity, an open mind, and self-motivation are a must, as is the understanding that long-term success is built through hard work and a focus on learning great process. Responsibilities of our Coaches and Instructors include the training, coaching and inspiring our players in every interaction on-and off-the-field, communicating with our players and families during and between seasons to continue to help in each player’s development, and helping to maintain our incredible indoor location, The Arena. Compensation and Benefits at New York Empire Baseball are like no other in the youth sports industry. Compensation is commensurate with experience and expertise, and growth opportunities throughout the organization include Senior Management and Director level positions in our current location and in our upcoming projects and new locations! Our benefits include a Company retirement plan with matching contributions and Transit Benefits. Headquartered in our Company owned facility, The Arena, New York E
