2020 ABCA Barnstormers Clinics - Nashville, TN
Program Information

   
The ABCA Barnstormers Clinics are one-day coaching clinics for baseball coaches of all levels. The clinics are focused on the fundamentals, with a full day of practical position-specific drills, coaching cues and practice organization tips that can be directly applied to your individual athlete or team.

The Barnstormers Clinics are geared towards youth, academy, high school and travel coaches and instructors in the area but are also great for any baseball enthusiast or parent who wants to learn more about the game from some of the most respected coaches in the sport.

ABCA members can attend any Barnstormers Clinic for free. Non-ABCA members can register for $75, which will include a 2020-2021 ABCA membership.

COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
The ABCA is committed to following all federal, state and local government-mandated guidelines related to COVID-19 in order to protect all ABCA staff, Blast staff, speakers and attendees at the event.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
The ABCA encourages all speakers and attendees to practice social distancing, also referred to as "physical distancing." The ABCA adheres to the CDC guidelines and protocols regarding social distancing, which means keeping space between yourself and other people outside your home.

According to the CDC, in order to practice social or physical distancing, stay at least six (6) feet (about two arms' length) from other people.

FACE COVERINGS
Speakers and attendees are strongly encouraged to wear a cloth face covering that covers both the nose and mouth while attending ABCA events. Attendees and speakers should avoid touching their face and face covering.  Speakers will not be wearing a mask while they are presenting.

HAND WASHING
Speakers and attendees should wash their hands often with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds. When soap and water is not available, use a hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol. Speakers and attendees should also avoid touching their face, eyes, nose and mouth.

SYMPTOMS
Any person who has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home.

Symptoms include:

  • Fevor or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
